How come nobody caught on to my joke?
The stick lizard is a tall tale, just like hoop snakes and jackalopes. Here is my question:
Does anybody know the Latin name for stick lizards?
For those who don't know, the stick lizard ranges in the high desert areas of Arizona and New Mexico. It gets its name from the fact that it carries a stick in its mouth. It is the only reptile that does its hunting during the hottest part of the day. When the desert floor becomes too hot, the lizard places the stick in a prairie dog hole and climbs up on it to cool off its feet.

How did having to go number 2 become known as prairie dogging?
I've always wondered how that name came about. But I never learned where it came from.
Actually, Prairie dogging refers to the feeling that shit is popping in and out of your asshole, like the head of a prarie dog in a hole. That usually only happens when you REALLY really have to go.
